Hi, I’m Hans-Peter Hahn.
I hold a Diplom-Ingenieur degree from the Technische Hochschule Darmstadt (now Technical University of Darmstadt). I focused on electrical and communications engineering.
I worked for over 33 years as a Broadcast Theorist/Engineer at Hessischer Rundfunk in Frankfurt. I specialized in the fields of communications and transmission theory and technology (TV, radio, satellite ground stations, data transmission, microwave links, FEC, measurement technology, acoustics, analog and digital signal processing and transmission).
As the sole proprietor and owner of an engineering business, I develop customized solutions in the field of signal processing.
